First UA flight since 1 July!

Had the same issue as others with no pre-order option ever available.

No PDB (they could blame the delay and the tech outage).

On-board choices were hot chicken, cold Southwest chicken salad, or pasta with cream sauce (I’m guessing that was one of the rigatonis but never actually saw one to confirm).

Hot towel, drink and warmed nuts before main.

The chicken was boring as other have observed, though I liked the roll (hot with a crunchy crust) and cheesecake.

Great crew including a purser with a lovely Irish brogue (perhaps appropriate for a BOS flight) that she featured prominently during the frequent PA announcements.
