Reviving this topic, as we will be relocating from the Los Angeles to Italy later this year, and are planning to bring our cat with us, in cabin in business class. From reading past posts, and doing some searching, it appears the options that will allow a small pet in carrier in business class are: ITA Airways, Turkish, Lufthansa and Swiss. Did we miss any? We have flown ITA & Turkish recently, but did not enquire about the pet situation.

Appreciate any recent experiences you can share.
