Just finished a stay here. The check in process was kind of annoying. They asked for my passport and just used the kiosk with me, not sure how much time this actually saves. There were luggage all over this area. I booked the larger room with a king and I was happy with the amount of space. Plenty of space for the two of us to open our suitcases at the same time to pack/unpack/etc. We were on the 11th floor and we noticed a high pitch wind like noise throughout the night. We couldn't sleep without ear plugs. The water pitcher they provide for the filtered water you need to fetch yourself was comically small. If you were to rely on it, you would be making many trips. Every floor has a filling station, which is nice, but I thought it was very slow when it came to filling even a small pitcher. The breakfast for globalist was from a set menu. The food was fine, nothing to seek out. The checkout process was the kiosk again and this time it wouldn't take my card. They ended up manually checking me out. I liked the location and the size of the room. The wind noise every night was annoying enough for me to not consider this hotel again.
