SQ12 F Menu Question

Hello! First time poster, long time reader.

My wife and I will be flying in singapore first class award ticket for the first time in the next 2 weeks. SQ12 SIN-NRT-LAX.

We preordered the In-Flight Kyo-Kaiseki by Yoshihiro Murata for all the segments.
Would we still be able to partake in the satay canape and caviar before the main course, or are the satay and caviar gridlocked to the "western" international menu?

Our experience with other first class airlines would allow us to mix/match items from their menus, but read that Singapore Air was cost cutting in the past few years.
I've scoured many posts but couldn't find a definite answer.
I'm a sucker for Japanese food, but also don't want to miss out on caviar. Has anyone who booked the Kyo-kaiseki able to eat from both main menus? Note this is not "book the cook" kaiseki, but the inflight menu version.

Thanks!
