The date of my flight from Man-Fra was 15 July 2024. The flight arrived late from Fra and door closed about 30 mins post the scheduled departure time. The captain theb said he tried to ask for earlier slot to take off but it was disallowed by the air traffic control. So the actual take off time was about 1 hour late. My gate of my connecting flight Fra- Sin closed before my Man-Fra flight arrived.
Should I just go through those third party claiming website and let them have the 30% commisions if success or is there other way of dealing with this? Any advice is very much appreciated.
LH 946 on 15th July arrived 11 minutes late, which should not lead to such a late departure of LH 947.
As said, i would ask them to be specific about the reason for the delay & decide further after their response.
