The seaplane, and even the HB meal plan, are almost incidental compared to room costs in high season. I would not be happy with the bait and switch, but it'd still be a great deal overall.

I'm mainly concerned about the reservation itself being cancelled. Is that what would likely happen if they pulled out of SLH?
