I just tried to do a dummy booking on a day when standard room was available. I checked every single line until I booked the reservation and didnt see anything like that. I also did a CTRL+ F on the Hilton T&C to see any words regarding that on rewards redemption. For example, all hilton all-inclusive properties let you book under 3-4 adults. They cannot charge you for extra. If they want to charge the extra person, they do restrict the max capacity of guest in each room.

Not even that, that applied to same for kids under that age. because it was booked under 3 adults (when they don't even allow an option for kids during booking)
