I’m sure if BA were a bit more forthcoming in telling passengers of their rights to buy replacement clothing etc and claim it back then people would be much less bothered.

Same goes for the stories at the moment of hundreds of people apparently preparing to spend the night on the floor of Heathrow Airport terminals, despite there being thousands of hotel rooms available in London tonight.
