If it was the only card that I don't already have, then yes I would grab the 40k and be done with it. That said there is often a continuous supply of new cards from various airlines and/or issuers and almost all of them have better sign-up bonuses than 40k, so even on that feature alone I do not foresee any interest to tackle the TK card for quite some time. At the very least, not until I have absorbed the bonus of many other better cards first. And by then, I suspect even newer cards will have popped up so TK will remain in the dust unless they up their game.
