I remember reading a novel about the collapse of society because courts began awarding damages to the person who suffered, then their children, unborn grandchildren and similarly, unborn great grandchildren, thus bankrupting everybody.

I am disappointed that this thread has moved in that direction with the arguments about BA’s compensation liability for this problem.

I think it should be closed.
