So my experience this morning:

- Significant queues for check-in and security at North end of T5
- About 10 people in the queue for First Check-in waiting outside
- Gold/First wing security is OK - both lanes open and no wait (liquids out)
- Display screens in lounge have 'blue screen of death'
- No systems working in lounge to check people in or print boarding passes.
- Staff are directing people to Google for their gates
