The decor has not changed, and I agree that it is rather plain. But the concept with made to order (although in reality more like ‘serve to order’) food is a welcome improvement since they reopened post-Covid. I find it quite pleasant, especially since the majority of the clientele is Japanese and thus quiet and polite
The CX lounge would be another option, but given your evening departure time I think it would be closed.
