The wagyu beef tenderloin was on the inflight menu I assume? The BTC version that I had was the Grain Fed Black Angus beef tenderloin with Polenta and seasonal vegetables. The only wagyu is on the the Japanese BTC selection as Beef Yakiniku. Both were decent.
