Voucher cleared 26 hours before the flight. Unfortunately we were downgraded to business as the feeder flight was a bit late. So had luck with the vouchers but bad luck with the whole situation. I try now to use the vouchers for the flight back but till now they aren’t in my account and miles and more can’t help.
SWISS took the vouchers, so they need to return them to your account.
Have they expired ? My understanding was if returned due to a cancellation or irregularity they would have a 3 Month validity, however a Family member i sponsored was down graded due to a late cancellation, evoucher returned & expired 2 days later, i wrote to M&M and said i understood it should be valid for 3 Months, they wrote back & credited a evoucher to my account but no word on the rules…
