There is no perfect resort with consistent service in the USA. It just doesn’t exist. My clients have sent me glowing reviews from Kona Village and some have sent me rather concerning reviews. One stay could be perfect, the next not.

I spent 10+ years staying at Hualalai and could describe the same formula there.

The question isn’t where will you have the perfect experience, but rather which resort offers the location and amenities that most closely match your needs and interests and travel plan, along with budget.

See my posts above #184, 192, 194. Why would you speak to management about my issues? Are you a travel agent?
