19 Doesn’t have recline for safety reasons. My favourite row for night flights in Y on the 737 is definitely 20 window is nice for something to lean on but I really don’t mind the aisle for sleeping either. If you can sleep in the aisle seat 20C or 20D is 100% the right choice over anything in 19.
