A swinging door under the room audibly smacked back and forth constantly all day and into the evening and staff on ciggy breaks directly under the window contributed both audible and odor pollution! Of course I asked to move but another sold out hotel had no options apart from what I was given. The towels were noticeably stained and deteriorating as well...
I chose the breakfast benefit and had a full buffet in the main restaurant which was also pretty good with a wide selection including cook to order egg station...
I had no charges posted to my room so there was no service charge on my 0 invoice.
Glad to hear that they didn't fabricate a service charge based on the cash value of your room. Would you mind sharing when your stay was and how far in advance you booked and attached the NUA request? Always eager for data…
Also, did you notice if outdoor dining was an option during breakfast? I'm checking in on Wednesday and it would be a huge help to know the answer to this.
