I may have missed this in the long thread, but from a technological standpoint, has everything with DL now been restored in regards to the original technology issue? (ie no GDP still in place, or other technical issues still lingering)?

As in, for the numerous delays or cancellations at this point… are they all now due to the after effects of things like crew/frames being in the wrong spot, crew timed out, lack of gates, etc.

Basically, is DL’s tech issue now resolved? Or are there still flights being held up this evening, with the original tech issue being the direct (and not indirect) cause?
