At KVR spa I was told there is no hot water in the mornings. We had 10:30 AM treatments. The attitude seemed to be “it is what it is”. My first stay there was really a mixed bag with service, food and spa being inconsistent to poor. However, I’ll be visiting again with the hope that things will be improved. I’m not a fan of Rosewood in general but I love Big Island and am there frequently so I have to mix it up.
