Don't get too excited about this - for a day flight in these circumstances there really isn't much to choose between, say, 86A/C and 3D/G. You'll get the same AVOD, the same food and drink, and the same excellent service. The only difference will be the seat - as a bed obviously the F seat is better, but as a seat there really isn't much to choose between them (some of the F seats are a bit hard for me), and 86A/C actually have more legroom than the F seats.
