Figures I had to do some travel planning / purchases today.

Trying to change a ticket on-line failed. Called into 1K desk and was pleasantly surprised the call was answered quickly and the agent was able to make the change. It was time sensitive, so didn't feel comfortable waiting a couple days to get it locked in.

Also, tried to purchase a new ticket today and it failed several times. Just locked up when I clicked the final purchase button. Everything else up to that point in the process seemed fine.
And now I have 3 pending charges on my Amex, which I assume will fall off after a couple of days.

Probably a blessing, as I found a better, cheaper itinerary on Delta. Might just book that one. Haven't been on a Delta flight in years.
