I booked a water pool villa for 3 adults this week with points and can confirm that return seaplane transfer is included, there is clear info in the app as well as in the confirmation email. Unsure about the dinner, but does not care much tbh as this seems to be one of greatest redemptions ever. I am a seasoned traveller, but never been to Maldives before. Always regarded over the water villas as the most luxurios options in the Maldives (excl. suites, Murakas, etc.) so pretty surprised to see that beach villa is more expensive and treated as a premium reward.
