I have been watching a Hub to Hub to CRJ-200 seater route, for the last few days for travel next week. Normally, AA has shown 7.5k award space on some highly painful awards. But without fail, the minimum price has increased to 9k miles at 7day ADV purchase mark.

While not terribly painful (20% increase), it's the first time I've observed this Delta like trend of charing more close in.
