Has anyone experienced a hilton honors prepaid non refundable rate (Cayman Hampton) not charged to the card 20 days after booking. Had to do a last min booking for a stay in Aug to redeem the H1 credits however the cards are not charged yet even though its prepaid and said it will be charged immediately. looks like I am gonna loose that credit and end up using H2 ones.
