Correct, they have availability down to L on some of the flights so they can access the new fare filings. The only people impacted by the "fare increases" are if you're set on a particular fare class. But a single fare filing/class for a route says nothing about the overall pricing strategy as a whole for that route. They could have also left the W fare filings as is and 0'd the W bucket if they wanted to. That's the beauty of revenue management is they have multiple levers they can pull to optimize the yields they want for a particular market.
