I called to book 2 consecutive nights at Hilton using free night and points. The rep said I can’t do that since the room is not available on the 2nd nights (She booked each night separately using one night for points and one night for free night). Hilton website doesn’t have rooms available if you book each night separate. She told me If I use all points then I can book 2 nights, she can’t use free night and points combine to book for the 2 nights. I remember in the past I can use both to book 2 consecutive night on the same reservation. Can someone clarify the info? Thank you so much.
