Clarification

I perhaps should clarify my initail post, as I was in a bit of a hurry when wording it:

The flight was a few years ago. As well as the letter to Air France. Trust me, the response was fairly immediate from them. The trip was over the holidays and the letter went out to them approximately one week upon my return to the US.

I apologize for writing an abridged version of what really went on at the time.

It was nearly impossible to get up and move about the cabin, even stretch my feet given the horribly cramped quarters. I asked for an alternate seat onboard but the flight was completely full.

Due to the indifference received from the Florida CS center I have yet to step foot on another AF Flight. Too bad, though.
