Yes, although my guess is they’re unrelated, in that ex-Europe latitude bookings much be much less common than Latitude Aeroplan redemptions, and they are also not pushing seats into R even within the status clearance windows, from what I can see, even for flights that are P9. Many flights to Europe are going out with 1/2 the J seats available at the gate. I have no idea what the rationale is of whether it’s a temporary thing.
