the EP run simple equations I've seen doesn't take into account the costs of hotels (safe & clean), cost of food (including tipping), costs of public transport to get from airport into town, if safe enough at all for a solo female, and most importantly would one be going there for leisure in the first place.

hence, for me, EP runs the US gives the lowest $/EP, once you add on everything (hotel, transport) to make something out of it, and not do a b2b (what's the point), US is out.

asia, whilst the air fares are higher, everything else is much cheaper, and if one would like to visit anyway the defacto EP cost/cost-ratio is close to 0.
