Is this directed at me? I guess not as I am talking about Chicago not just ORD when I talk about "laughs at weather". The day and the storm I was referencing was shown in the link up thread. Apparently it happened at 9:30pm-ish? So the rest of the day was not really in question which is why I am confused on who is being addressed. Although any point in time will have a knock-on effect until traffic is absorbed naturally. From what I have read the storm was pretty severe and at ORD itself causing tower evacuation for a short while.

Anyway, back to my curiosity about how folks think things were handled well here.
