The day after I made the initial post, a load of dates became available. They now seem to be releasing them daily again.
They are currently available till 14th July. If it continues like this, I will be able to book my flight in a fortnight.

I have never come across route blackouts. Is that done to give airline club members exclusive access to paid flights or reward flights?
