, just a passenger reporting what I experienced and heard. Frankly disappointed to hear this is ongoing. And I always take check-in agents' comments with a grain of salt.

The impact is on connections is from international arrivals, you have to take your luggage yourself to the domestic check-in area. The bag handlers told me they would only take luggage for connections under 2 hours while others on this thread heard 3. Maybe it changes. I don't know if whatever happened is a result of the ongoing construction but it is a possibility.
