for those who don't visit the cancel page frequently it to this day states this:



which I know is incorrect because I have canceled award tickets about an hour before and got the miles back. what above poster means for manual processing is that the bottom portion shows this:



instead of the cancel button. which is a little annoying but at least you do indeed get your stuff back!
