Sorry if this has been addressed but, since i almost always pay with points, I would hate to get the card and then find out I'm being charged $40 a bag anyway. If that's the case, there are better travel credit card bonuses to be had. Or is paying the $5.60 fee on the card sufficient to qualify for the free baggage benefit?
