Since it is not so much of a detour anymore, I'd suggest looking at Qatar Airways. Their catering is on demand for all meals, and while the second round options might not be that big on the EU to Doha, you can also ways go back to parts from the main meal as well. And there is a bother two full rounds coming Doha to Tokyo.

It is still a detour, but with the Russian airspace not in use it makes more sense from a time perspective than it used to.

If you are purely looking for the EU Japan without a stop option, I don't see who can offer the same as JANA.

For connecting Asia itineraries, I have done those on Singapore, you don't get the same level of anytime menus, but you then get 3 meals plus potentially a snack in the lounge. So I would say same same, or probably even more food but in a less freely managed flow. I find Singapore too much of a detour, and honestly I have never been a great fan of SQ. But their food is good.
