Just thinking about the crowd control, or lack thereof. This event I attended at Dubai's World Trade Centre in May made taking the metro peak unpleasant, to the point that I just walked an hour each way to avoid it (not to mention, Dubai's bus system sucks).
The Osaka Metro Chuo Line is going to be extended from Cosmosquare to Yumeshima . The plan is to open the extension by the end January 2025.

So I hope there is no change necessary at Cosmosquare.
Additionally, they plan to have shuttle buses from major train stations and airports. But as you wrote, I expect them to be crowded, at least during the weekend and summer holidays.
