Hi kirkwoodj, in my case, no pre-order for IAH-FRA and the crew had to take everyone's order. However, for the return, FRA-IAH, pre-ordering showed up on-time at the 5 day mark.
The purser taking orders took GS and 1K orders first to ensure we received our choice.
