I had a booking for Feb 2025, and flew this route in Nov 2023. The agent I spoke to this morning, twice said there is no rebooking available when I asked to be moved to another carrier, leaving me to request a refund. I had used an upgrade voucher, so I asked for that to be re-instated also.
Having onward flights, I could not take the risk of any VS nonsense, so snagged a BA reward seat in Club. As VS now have no flights going East, and I have no desire to go to the US, I am not sure how best to use any upgrade or Points.
I did confirm that my call was recorded.
I get Airlines have to make difficult choices, and I really like flying VS. Shame that after 25 years, they have ended this route.
