I had the same type of catering on 17 July CDG-AMS. I could have skipped quinoa, but the cheese and dessert were perfect! Now this is what KLM served the same day on my AMS-DUB route (1h 20 min flight) and it tasted great! KLM has now better food options as AF on short routes IMO.
