Hi all, I need help understanding cancellation conditions for a FB award ticket (none of these are promo-awards).
I am eyeing a return ticket. The outbound flights conditions are as follows:
This fare is non-changeable and non-refundable and must be used in sequential order for the specified journey and in the specified dates
Fare basis code: OWSFB0JY
The return flight conditions are as follows:
This fare is changeable and refundable and must be used in sequential order for the specified journey and in the specified dates
Fare basis code: CSM
Cancelation
Before departure
If you cancel your trip before your first flight's departure, you are eligible for a refund for a EUR 70 fee.
After departure
If you cancel your journey after taking your first flight, you are eligible for a refund at a EUR 70 fee. In case of partial cancelation, the amount refunded will be based on the fare of the flown ticket.
My question is - if I cancel the whole ticket, would I get the miles back for the whole ticket, only for the return flight, or for nothing?
