This was perhaps the nicest meal I ever had in CE.
I always tend to go for low fat meals as I don’t think the quality of regular CE meals justify the calories in general.
Starter: watermelon, tofu and edamame salad
Side: crudités with roasted pepper sauce
Main: Chicken with whole grains and veggies topped pesto (?)
Dessert: low fat yoghurt with strawberry puree
For those looking to eat healthy and prefer high protein meals, this is an excellent choice, and much improved on previous low fat meals.
