For me, usually first indication that the offer credit was triggered, well before seeing an email or anything, is that I can see it appear in the "Redeemed" sub-folder when viewing Chase Offers on the app (after selecting the folder icon).
I used the Hyatt Place offer across two cards (split payment) checking out July 1st and still no credit nor does it show up under "Redeemed". I'm accustomed to Chase offers taking a very long time (relative to e.g. AMEX) to get "noticed" but this feels longer than usual...
