Are you suggesting that IAH to IAD on ANY DAY would have zero Y, B, M fares?
I cannot use the fare buckets for ANY flights anywhere, any day.

I am very confused so I do appreciate the help...
I see Economy and Premium Economy (Premium Plus=OAR) as separate options on desktop (as you say, ua.com), but it's true they are the same on the mobile app. Either way, IAH-IAD usually doesn't use PE equipment as far as I know; these are usually available only only longhaul widebodies.
