Lack of JAL regional Avios flights
I'm planning a trip to Japan next year and within that trip I'd like to add a couple of nights in Seoul. There are cash tickets for sale on JAL but I can't see reward seats on any dates.

Am I just not looking hard enough or is a lack of JAL regional reward availability a known thing?
