Oh no. Yes, you need to fix that. I am surprised UA re-booked you with the ticket intact and just a schedule change - probably someone messing manually with this. If they haven't re-issued the ticket yet it might be as simple as taking the UA flight out of the reservation. If it has been already re-issued ... yuck. You will need to find someone at UA who a) is willing to and b) knows how to fix these things.
The sync over to LH is never great, but it becomes more tricky one an UG is in there - they have essentially taken this over at this point. Problem will come in once this will get re-validated and then there is no valid flight coupon for that LH flight. You definitely need to get it fixed.
Last resort and if this is far enough in the future and UA is unwilling to fix this - this is a downgrade and you can complain to the USDOT. That will usually get you someone at UA who is willing and able to solve things like this. Hope you don't have to do that!
