Hello,

I did contact the manager at the hotel, and he tried to help, but as he explained, Folio can't be adjusted at his end. He also mentioned that since it was a non-refundable 3-day reservation, he had to charge for the full 3 days, which I didn't mind. This was the reason for the check-out date showing as the 14th.
