On a very cursory glance, I think you need to find a flight that has T class available and also has N class available.

I think that the replacement flight must also be in the same season ("INBOUND - PERMITTED 11JUL THROUGH 13SEP OR 01NOV THROUGH 09JUN") and midweek ("INBOUND - PERMITTED TUE THROUGH FRI DEPARTURE OF LAST INTERNATIONAL SECTOR").

If your replacement flight also has lower economy classes available, I think that you'd ideally want to be reissued using the same fare basis in case you need to change it again (so as to keep the value of the base fare that you've paid). I have a suspicion that if, on reissue, you are re-fared to a cheaper fare then you forfeit the balance at that stage, but if the ticket has to be reissued again the calculation is done from the basis of the lower fare used for the first reissue. If that's an unduly cynical suspicion of mine, I'd be happy to be corrected.

[ETA:] On this last point, it looks like it may be academic for you because the rules of the fare being changed include:
NEW TICKET VALUE MUST BE EQUAL OR HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS AND MUST COMPLY WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE NEW FARE BEING APPLIED.
