I just did a date/route change on an PNR originally booked with Travel Bank funds. The credit is issued as an ETC, not an FFC. Even though FFC was mentioned during the change process and also listed as FFC in the confirmation email.
The ETC is dated today with an expire date of 1 year from today.

I wouldn't be complaining about getting ETC instead of FFC especially since ETC can be used for anyone vs FFC is only for the named passenger. Plus FFC is 1 year from original booking date and the ETCs you got are 1 year from today.
