Interesting result and if you do SEA-MNL via TPE the TPE-MNL leg is on PR895 not CI709/710 703/704 and 701/702. Here's the image of it

If DL69 Misses PR895 in TPE DL staff will then hand you off to CI if applicable to do so or put you on DL197 to KE623. Option 2 for it is KE042 to KE623.
