It's not a huge group of hotels, but it is a nice set of locations where more is always merrier (Miami, NYC, London, Ibiza), as well as where Hyatt has notably fewer properties than peers (Maldives, Singapore). I think Hua Hin is the only true net new location?
There's a Hyatt regency in hua hin (nice but old property) and they are building a higher end one next to the HR. Unbound was it or jdv, I forget.
But always nice to have more full service properties that give proper suite upgrades and full service breakfast.
